Once we have received your enquiry we will either e-mail you or phone you within 24 hours.
Only once your details and requirements have been confirmed back to you will we ask for a credit card deposit to confirm your booking.
Payments can be made by credit card or e-money. To confirm your reservation you will need to supply us your credit card details. You can provide this information to us later over the telephone, by fax or by e-mail.
Please remember that a Visa is required for entry to Russia. We can provide visa support.
Once a booking has been confirmed we require a minimum of 7 days in high season (from 1st of May till 15th September), in other periods a minimum 48 hours (2 full days) prior notice for a cancellation. Otherwise the first night of the booking will be charged.
Due to technical issues, we are temporarily not accepting American Express credit card payments.
